You mean make an IMDb page for it, or upload the whole movie?
If you want to make an IMDb page for the movie you can use the
new title submission form and follow the instructions, adding at least the minimum required info about the movie, or, if you don't have all the required information asked for, provide an explanation in the field for it, with as much detail as possible, and links to sources if possible.
