OK, so you have a page with your credit:

http://www.imdb.com/name/nm6080998/

and another with your IMDB Pro attached:

http://www.imdb.com/name/nm6083782/

This happens, and the fix is easy - submit a name merge:

www.imdb.com/help/show_leaf?namemerge

Starting on the page with your resume http://www.imdb.com/name/nm6083782/  click on the yellow Edit page button.

Select Add correction from the dropdown menu beside Name Correction or Merge.
Click Continue (at the bottom of the page).

Enter the name for the other page in the current internal format, which is Miss Knockout Bracey, Michelle (note the comma position).
Uncheck the box beside Preserve previous name on existing credits. It doesn't apply in this case.
Enter the explanation: that both pages are about you, so you are merging them.
Click Check these updates

The form will now be beige, with two messages.
The first message asks if you wish to merge this page with your other one. You do, so check the box beside Warning understood, go ahead anyway.
The second message asks if you are sure you don't want to add the (as ...) attributes. It doesn't apply here, so once again check the box beside Warning understood, go ahead anyway for this message as well.
Click Re-check these updates

The form should now be green, and you can Submit these updates

----------------

I suggested merging that way as it is more common to merge the newer page into the older. If, on the other hand, you really want to merge the older page into the newer, starting from http://www.imdb.com/name/nm6080998/ the procedure is the same, except that the name you would enter needs to be Bracey, Michelle Miss Knockout

The difference in the formatting of the names is the reason that the second page was created with what appears to be the same name.
