I'm confused. What "app", and if an "app" why must it be cancelled.  Did you subscribe to IMDb Pro on a trial or a paid subscription that you wish to cancel?  If that is the case, you need to go here:  http://www.imdb.com/helpdesk/contact_form?subject=GS%20fallback  Otherwise, you may have to provide a bit more information for someone to assist you.

Be sure to monitor your account where your charge or pay for IMDb  --- they keep charging for months after you terminate you IMDbpro account.
