I was a utility player on the cartoon Futurama for 5 seasons and IMDB has not credited me even after I reported it to them. How do I get them to respond to this inquiry?

How did you report it to them? Did you submit an actual update to Futurama's page or yours?

You can post your submission ID numbers and any proof, like a screen grab of your name in the on screen credits, into this thread. Staff can check status and apply your proof to your submission and get it to the page editors.

Other than that, the response is to either accept or reject it.

you could also copy/paste the data from your email receipt of the submissions into this thread and knowledgeable data contributors can take a look at how you're going about it and give advice.

I submitted both on the Futurama page as well as my own but got nothing. But I can take a picture of a residual pymt from SAG and put it on this thread. Maybe that would work. Thanks for the help!

That might help if sent along with the submission ID numbers. On it's own, it won't do much. If you log in to IMDb and go to your "Site Settings" page and click the link for View your contributions, you'll see a list of your submissions.

When you say you submitted to the Futurama page, do you mean the episodes? That's where you should submit them.

Further, being paid won't necessarily prove credited work. A screen capture of your name in the on screen credits would. It's the best "proof" you could add...if you can get it.

Not all paid work is eligible for IMDb credit. IMDb documents, primarily, what is in the on screen credits.

Thanks Bluesman. I did submit to a few of the episodes I was in. I've listed the submission ID numbers here. The problem is there are too many episodes for me to go through and submit to each episode. I figured that if I got the ball rolling they would be able to aggregate the rest with their IMDB magic. And yes, I understand that not all work is credited on IMDB. But Utility Player work is.

Here's a partial residuals stub from SAG. Do you think this is enough? As I mentioned, there are 5 seasons worth of episodes and obviously all are not listed here. I am hoping that someone from IMBD will see this and do the research to credit me.
