I was an extra in a movie and i'm in the credits but not on the Imdb listing. Help!

On the movie in question, click the Edit Page link at the very bottom of the title page, taking you to this (http://www.imdb.com/updates) page for that movie. From there you can select Cast and in the drop down menu select Add 1 Credit. Then follow the instructions, and add your name and character. You should also add a number in the Order box; count what number you are on the credits list in the movie and use that, so that they know where in the cast order to place you.

If you have no credits to your name before you should select the option akin to "This is a new Christopher Quinn, not currently in the database", and they will then make a new page for you. If there are already other people by that name in the database you'll be added as Christopher Quinn (II), or whatever number would be the next for you and your namesake people.

Extras don't normally get listed in IMDb. But, if you appeared in the credits, have a character name, etc., you might be eligible. So, check to see if you're eligible here http://www.imdb.com/help/show_leaf?re... If you're eligible, you'd first check that you're not already in the database. Search your name and if none of the "Christopher Quinn's" listed are you, you can go to the film's page, click the yellow "edit page" button and choose to add one credit, then choose "continue." You'd fill in the information, your name and character name, click "check this update" and you'll get a list of other Christopher Quinn's. Check the choice that says this is a new person, not already listed, which will create a new name page.

Add any evidence you have, preferably a screen capture of the on screen credits, or other documents, (you can upload to a free pic hosting site, then use a link to it) on the verification form so the data can be verified http://www.imdb.com/helpdesk/data_ver...
