Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (2004) is a Sci-Fi movie with a very unusual plot. People have the ability after a medical procedure to erase a part of their memories that want to forget. If you had the possibility to do something like that, which part of your memories would you choose to erase?

as there doesn't seem a place to comment on the entire concept of the poll. this passively negative choice seems the least inappropriate. if losing the memory is not going to change the outcome what would be the point? the pain of the memory is anchored in the changes that specific incident made to your current existence. what i want to change is the consequence. which is not an option in this poll, the film or life. what we all could do well by is a complete video game style reset as in 'Scott Pilgrim...' or a correction of the error as in 'Quantum Leap'. in common vernacular, somebody fix my bloody life!!!

PK,

Movie titles should be in single quotes.

Please change the title of your list from:
If Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind Was Real

To:
If 'Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind' Was Real

The title is also grammatically incorrect. It should be "... Were Real", and not "Was Real". The title is a statement in the subjective mood:  https://writingexplained.org/was-vs-were-difference

It's a question of usage. In British English, the subjunctive is less common.
