Patricia: Did your name appear in the on-screen credits of any of these movies or television shows? If so, can you get a screen shot showing your name in the credits on screen?

Patricia: If I understand you correctly, you have not yet had your name in the on-screen credits of a movie or TV show that you know of. The reason I asked about that is because a person generally needs to have at least one credited job before they can get their uncredited work listed in IMDb. See http://www.imdb.com/help/search?domain=helpdesk_faq&index=1&file=uncreditedcredits for the policy on this:
I hope this helps.
You need to have at least one pre-existing credited entry in the database. We will not display filmographies consisting exclusively of uncredited work. We may make an exception in very rare/specific circumstances (e.g. on movies released before 1990, episodes released before 2000 and/or for high-profile credits, such as an uncredited cameo appearance by a celebrity), but in most cases we will not list an uncredited credit unless you have a pre-existing credited filmography. If you do get a credited job in a film or TV show, you can submit that to IMDb, and then once it is listed, you can go back and submit all your other uncredited jobs as well.
I hope this helps.

Hi Patricia,
Following on from Gromit, you must submit the credit yourself to the titles. You can do this by pressing the 'edit page' button at the bottom of the page.
The (uncredited) attribute is used to indicate that a person's name does not appear in the main or end titles of a title. A typical example is when a famous actor has an unbilled cameo appearance in a movie. Therefore, if you are seen on screen but did not receive a credit you must add the (uncredited attribute).
