I'm trying to delete an actress from 2 projects.

Hello.

Some weeks ago one actress that I worked with contacted me saying that she decided to quit acting. So she asked me to delete her data form IMDB.

She only appeared on 3 episodes from a low budger online series and a short film:

I've be trying for weeks to deleted her and it was just impossible...

So I told her that another solution was to change her name with an "artistic name". I tried to change it with the "Name Correction or Merge" solution, in vain... So I went to her 4 titles one by one, changing her name. And this new person appeared:
https://www.imdb.com/name/nm10326597/

Now the last thing I did was merge the old name with this one as a final solution.

But the great thing would be to erase both of them xD but I just see that now as something impossible...

Can somebody help me with this?

Hi David,

If these projects were completed and made available to the public, moreover if she has been credited, IMDb will not remove this information.

I know. But everybody can change his mind. xD

I'm sure there has been some case from an actor or actress that change his mind and doesn't want to be found in the artistic world no more (and stills alive xD)

Sure, everybody can change one's mind, thank God, but you cannot rewrite history either. Credits are public information, and do not "belong" to the stated person.

Vincent this is not a history book xD This was an online series made in Spain with no budget between friends. Sure, some of them are glad to be on IMDB because they are actors and crew that they want to be in the busness, but if you see the filmography of this actress she only made 4 things (1 shorts + 3 episodes), and now she wants to do others stuff not related with acting. Al least she's got the rights to change her real name into a "pseudonym". We changed already the names of the short films were she appears, why I can change it here??

And what happen if the person himself is the one who wants to be deleted?
