I'm gettign SCREWED by imdb. HELP!

Hi Rob. Let's stop the yelling a cursing and try to figure this out.

For starters, IMDb Pro really doesn't have much to do with submitting credits. It can be done with or without the subscription. Being a Pro member doesn't give you any other privileges regarding having credits appear or not. It let's you, though, access industry data not available to other users, post a head shot and resume on your page, access industry related message boards, etc. Credits that are eligible and well-proven get added without a Pro subscription.

Regarding these credits, what are they for? Who are you? (I see there are 9 Rob Pattersons, at least-are one of these you?). When were credits last submitted and what did you supply as proof? Did these credits appear on screen? If not, have you ever received on screen credits for other work?

There are a lot of rules and procedures involved in getting credits accepted and it can seem like it's tough to get through, but if submitted correctly with good proof attached, it's not impossible. Remember, the whole point of IMDb is having the information. So, they don't general "screw" people of getting data posted. If it's eligible, they'd love to display it. So....what's going on?
