Image file rejected because 'Badly Formatted'

Hi!

I tried to upload a poster for a short film I made but it was declined for a reason I don't understand. It was explained as follows: Related item has been declined. Your contribution has been declined. Your data referred to another item which has been declined or deleted, site.

In the first part of the response it says that the upload was declined because it was badly formatted. I read through the submission guidelines but my image didn't seem to contravene any of them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Tessa,

Thanks for the post.

Can you provide the submission reference number you'd have been given when making the image contribution?

Once we have this we can look into it further.

Thanks,

Joel

Hi Tessa,

Thanks for letting us know. As a general rule we do not allow user created grids of images or split screens of multiple images however in this case the images are valid for the title, especially if included on the poster. I've added this for you now which will go live shortly.

Regards,
Will
