I added this poster with no language tag. When the poster went live, it was tagged English. But the series is exclusively in Romanian. That's why I submitted to add Romanian and to delete English. Romanian was accepted, but deletion of English was declined.

Strange also: the contribution number is not trackable:

Hi Mecki,

Thanks for your post.

Please see the help information associated with the language tags which states:

"If an image is a poster you can tag the image with the languages represented in the poster. For example, this image for A Prayer Before Dawn (2017) has both English and German text visible in the poster and both languages should be tagged."

You cannot remove the English tag from the image as there is English text present.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.
In case I understand correctly, I could tag Japanese too, because Ninja is a Japanese word?

忍者 is a Japanese 'word'.

When the On'yomi (Chinese to Japanese, spoken sound system) reading of the characters is used, it is heard as 'nin-ja'. The English would write this, phonetically, as Ninja. If read aloud, it would be Japanese; written down, it is now 'English'.

Sidenote: If the very same characters are read aloud using the Kun'yomi (native Japanese, 'meaning' based system) you would hear an entirely different, but no less recognisable word, which written down in English is 'Shinobi'.

mamapapaxp, this comment triggered spam filter here on GS (likely due to multiple languages; it just happens). I fished it out.

Thanks Nikolay! That's some aggressive filter.
