My name is Tayla Schaffner and the actress "Jane Santos" has somehow/ taken over my imdb name and profile. I don't know how this has happened but I have an imdb account and name and she now has all of my credits and my face and pictures have been wiped. Please can you explain this mess up to me. She may have added "When it Rains" to her credits and it auto filled to her account as my movie "When it rains" made 2 years later. I am extremely infuriated as she now says she is the cast and it's not her, it is me. Please fix this. I need my IMDB to work but as of now she has taken over and it says "Jane Santos AKA Tayla Schaffner"

Why do those credits still have the "(as Tayla Schaffner)" attribute?
That attribute now appears to be redundant, since that name
is exactly the same as the primary name on the page.

Rebecca I go into imdp pro on my laptop and click my profile and this "Jane Santos" still appears. No change has been made. A lot depends on my IMDb and I am becoming increasingly frustrated at this. Please can this be taken seriously and fix right now.
As you can see in the top right corner it says my name but the profile of Jane Santos still appears. Please fix this.

(www.imdb.com/name/nm7764396/) now redirects to the Jane Santos
page URL with name-const nm1150834 (www.imdb.com/name/nm1150834/).
Clicking "Show all" on the filmography there, we find the 8 transferred credits
now listed for Jane Santos "as Tayla Schaffner".
IMDb staff will need to investigate.
