Three months ago I experienced a problem with searching in my own ratings. I filed a problem on this site:

Since that was my first time posting on getsatisfaction, I can understand if I made some kind of error but why isn't there a single acknowledgement? I don't need it fixed within a day but this is a function that simply does not work and nobody replies or anything.
It strikes me as weird that a community as great as this one doesn't even seem to care about bugs
