IMDB Administration Not Accepting my credit listing in TV Show. Help

This is a second and different problem from one I posted earlier. My name is Steven Ciceron.  I have tried 2x to get myself listed with an Actor Credit for a TV Show I did.  IMDB Administration does not seem to recognize it at all as it has never been posted yet by them.  I was hired to be a "Nurse" on a new TV Show called "Iron Fist".  My original request to add me was sent in to IMBD on May 1, 2017 with Reference # 170501-004906-830000.  I even tried to make it detailed and provided the Episode and Title of the episode.  It was episode 1.8 and titled "The Blessings of Many Fractures".  I was cast and told that I would get listed in the rolling credits of the show.  Therefore, I should be able to list this show as "credited"  The show aired in March 2017, but I never got to see it and I can't seem to find it on line to prove.  Does that mean I have to put it in a 3rd time as "uncredited" to get the IMDB Team to accept it and post it even though I was given credit for it by the TV Show??????

If you can provide the 18-digit reference number, perhaps an IMDb representative can view the update(s). The numbers are in your personal Update History page or your email correspondence from IMDb.

Unless I'm mistaken, season 1 of the series is available on the Netflix site so perhaps you or someone who's a fan of the series might be able to provide still of the credits for proof.

My reference number was in my original problem, but I wrote so much that I think it got lost in the large paragraph lol.  Here it is again: Reference # 170501-004906-830000. I checked Netflex, and I do not see it there as yet.

What am I doing wrong?  The netflex link does not work for me.  Just brings me to a poster of Iron Fist.  When I search netflex for iron fist, the TV show is not there. I am so not technical.  Why can't IMDB Administration people just check it out for me when I have given them the episode details and the Reference number.  They are far more technical than me.  I am getting so frustrated that I am willing to just get listed as "uncredited" just to get the listing.  This is wrong, but I am getting so frustrated.

Hi Steven,

I have reviewed the end credits for the episode and was unable to see your name and credited role. If you did work on this title then I would suggest re-submitting your credit with the uncredited attribute.
