IMDb can't find titles for Connections page

When adding Connections to a page, for some reason IMDb can't find some very well-known titles. For instance, while trying to add a reference to Ghostbusters (1984) to a page, IMDb doesn't recognize the title, and then proceeds to list a bunch of obscure titles with a similar name instead. So it can find those, but it can't find a well-known title like the original Ghostbusters from '84. Anyone else have this problem? And how do I fix it? I had the same issue with adding references to The Interview (2014) (all sorts of titles called 'The Interview' popped up, except the well known one with Seth Rogen and James Franco) and Spectre (2015).

I find the easiest way around this is to google "imdb ghostbusters", which pops up the first result you want. Take the ttXXXXXXXX part of the url and copy it to the title box. For Ghostbusters (1984), it would be tt0087332.

Dutch: I experienced the same problem with Spectre as well as with Alien (1979). See the thread at https://getsatisfaction.com/imdb/topics/movie-connections-choices-offered-are-not-well-selected. Col Needham responded, basically, that the staff is aware of this problem and they plan to fix it eventually.
