Hi IMDB,

I am a mobile site admin from Indonesia. We're interesting to make a page on our
mobile site that show any movie trailer, ratings, etc. So we need to know about
your license to add your contents to our mobile site legally. Please inform me
very soon with your detail information such as pricing, kind of content, API,
requirements, etc.

I've already send this message for you (Contact #11855564) but no reply since last month.

Thanks,
Agung Haryanto

IMDb normally just states that you should check their Conditions of Use page, which is linked at the bottom of every IMDb page.

They won't usually give any detailed reply, presumably because the lawyers are worried that they might give incorrect interpretations of the legalese.

Also note that some of the information on the IMDb site is copyright by other companies, who have only given them permission to show or stream on the site, but not sot sub-license to others. I expect that some, if not many of the Trailers fall into that category, so they may not be able to give you permission to use those.

They further state in that page :
If you are interested in receiving our express written permission to use IMDb content for your non-personal (including commercial) use, please visit our Content Licensing section or contact our Licensing Department.
While you probably could license credits and ratings, that page does not mention photos or trailers, and I expect there would be problems attempting to license them.
