I've taken a look at your submission reference - it's been rejected by an editor with 'Duplicate' as an existing item is already live in the plot outline spot on the title here:

You should submit a correction to the existing outline if the current one isn't representative of the title.

PS: It should be noted the submission reference '190820-123419-839000' - when viewed by any given visitor - says "Approved"; shouldn't the result have been two Plot Outlines - the pre-existing ("long") item & the newly-added ("short") item? Further, the 'Update History' view provided by IMDB states which facet of an episode is the subject of a given submission, e.g. Plot Outline/Plot Summary, but attempts to view the details for a given submission do not always result in a contribution which is consistent with its summary (e.g. https://contribute.imdb.com/contribution/190809-091441-434000 - which, presumably, pertains to both an outline & a summary).
PPS: As already explained, this is the "n_th" effort at getting the episode to match the other episodes in the season, i.e. a short Plot Outline & a longer Plot Summary (w/links, etc.); attempts to submit corrections to the existing outline and summary had already been rejected ("Unable to verify.") - so the linked contribution is an attempt to submit all of the required changes in one submission.

At present the episode details - and the contribution status - reflect the opposite...?
