IMDB ignoring deletion requests on inaccurate credit

I have requested that my name is removed from IMDB as it is listed under a film that I was not in. I have provided a copy of the film itself which is on YouTube (which has credits), plus credits as shown on other sites such as Listal and the BFI. The film doesn't even show any child that is 2 years old in it, so the listing on IMDB is factually incorrect. I've logged several deletion requests however these are being totally ignored. Any help appreciated. Thanks

Hello Jimmy,
When did you make these sumbissions? Have you given enough time for them to be checked, approved and the database updated?

Jimmy: Please post your last full data submission here on this message board. You can copy it out of the receipt you would have received from IMDb by e-mail immediately after sending it in. Some of the regulars on the board may review it and, if they can, they may provide suggestions as to how to improve the submission to get the credit corrected or deleted from the database. (Also, please include the submission reference number -- it's an 18-digit number that will look something like 180123-123456-789000.)

Thanks for the replies.

@steve: It's been about 2/3 weeks. The first deletion request had a reply from 'Atticus' then a reply from 'Joel' which looked like a stock response saying they don't delete factually incorrect data - I have since provided ample data to support my request in other tickets which have been ignored. Including screenshots of the credits and links to the BFI site and video on YouTube.

@gromit: I am concerned about posting the reference number or request as the primary issue is that I don't want to appear in Google search results associated with IMDB about a film I wasn't in, but I also don't want to replace that with a search result to this thread either.

I have sent a private message using the fallback form but have had no reply on that either.

Hi, is it normal that it's now been over a month since my first ticket on this issue and it's still open? Thanks

Sadly, yes it's not unusual.
Check the Processing Times to see if your type of submission should have been processed yet or if there are still unprocessed submissions

Hi Steve, we are now well past the longest open item and I've still had no reply to my ticket(s) or direct message about this matter. How can I get support please? When I click the original link to the ticket it doesn't even take me to my support message. Thanks

Hi Jimmy,

Thanks, I can see that the name page has now been removed from the site.
