IMDB Pro Not Finding Account

One of my actor clients (Steven Lance II) just signed up for IMDB Pro and claimed his page, however when we go to log-in, we are receiving an error message that "there is no account with that name." Please advise asap, as I would like to update with his photos, demo reel, etc.
