IMDB Pro. I have added links to trailers for films through IMDB Pro but the trailers are not appearing on IMDB despite it being over a month since I did this. Please can someone advise why this may be?

Hi Simply Media -

Can you post the most recent submission reference numbers associated with the links you submitted so our staff can take a look?

Two places:
1) in the Receipt email that would have been sent when you submitted the Update request, and
2) in your Update History.

It may also be called Confirmation Number. It will be in a format similar to 150628-123456-789123

You do understand that if you submit links to videos, they may not show on the main page, but rather the link may just be on the External Sites page.

Simply: Take the example of Inside Out (2015). On the main page for the film there is a videos and photos section, where those videos (mostly interviews with cast and crew members) are hosted on IMDb itself (see http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2096673/videogallery for the Video Gallery).

There is also an External Sites page for the film at http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2096673/externalsites. On that page there are sections for Official Sites, Miscellaneous Sites, Photographs, and Video Clips and Trailers.

David is saying that your link is likely to show up on the External Sites page under Video Clips and Trailers, rather than on the video gallery page for the film.

Ok thanks. So how do I get the video clips to be host on the main IMDB page for the titles in question?
