IMDb staff!!! Please help!!! Never got a response to a reply!!!

I never got a reply back after replying to Steve (employee).  Below is my original message:

I always keep myself logged into my account (username: Spikeless894). I
went to today, and I was logged out. I went to try and log
myself back in (signing in through my IMDb account), but it said that
there wasn't an email associated with an account. I've had this account for several years now, and I use it every single day. I don't have access to any of my stuff on IMDb (ratings, lists, reviews, etc.). Is there anyway that I could get some help? This has happened before so I was wondering if someone could also tell me if there's a reason why it does this? Thank you for your time!

The email is included as a picture.
I noticed that in the email there was a do not reply using via email.
Replied to Steve's message with this:

I just typed an email to reply, but I noticed that the email I received says to not reply via email. Is there a different way I need to reply?


Never got an answer so sent this:
I'm just going to reply it here as well because I don't know what else to do.

Your email says that "it has come to our attention your recent contributions have violated our policy." Do you mind telling me what it was that I did that violated the policy? If I did do any such thing, I want to apologize because I had no intention of doing so.
I have been using IMDb for several years now, and I've only been rating movies/shows (etc.) and making lists of movies I have and haven't seen of particular actors/actresses/directors as well as lists of the winners of awards (Oscars, Globes, BAFTAs, Critics Choice, SAG, Independent Film, etc.), and writing a couple of reviews for movies I've seen. I tell you all of this to let you know that I had not and still have no intents of violating any policy. Again I apologize for any problem I may have caused. I hope that this block isn't permanent and that I'm able to continue using my account. Thank you for your time.

Never got a response. Someone please respond because I really don't want to lose my account especially without knowing the reason (like what policy I somehow violated????).
