Hi, I have recently created a new title page for 'Love Only' (2018) per request from a client, and have encountered a lot of problems. I sincerely hope you can assist me on the issues as reaching the solution to these matters is of great urgency now.
The director credit for the main director has not been approved since the initial new title submission, and even though I've resubmitted the edit multiple times, no change has been made concerning the director credit. Is there any ways to find out why the credit hasn't been approved despite multiple attempts? The reference number for the update is 180406-062618-162000
There is a mistake with one of the actresses names. I'd like to correct the name instead of creating a new one. I've tried contributing a Name Correction edit on her IMDb profile in hopes of changing it on the title page, but the update still hasn't been approved. As update history doesn't show the status of the contribution, I have no way to know whether it hasn't been approved or it's still in process. The reference number for the update is 180406-091146-137000 I have also mistakenly created a wrong IMDb page for her in the wrong name previously. Could you please remove the page for me to avoid future confusion? The wrong IMDb page is http://www.imdb.com/name/nm9745149/?ref_=nv_sr_1
I've added the video links to the title, but they have all fallen into "Links to Other Sites". I see that a lot of other titles have their trailers listed on the main page of their profile, near images/photos. How do I do so? Is an IMDb pro account required? If so, how should I do it?
