Imdb Top 250 Bottom Positions

Why in the last 2 or 3 months we've seen only indian and japanese anime going in and out of the chart with them votes dropping each days?
-lagaan
-pk
-swades
-bhaag milka bhaag
-chak de india
-munna bhai
-hera pheri
-akira
-a silent voice
-neon genesis
-tangerines (okay it's georgian)

I hope we can see again some NON animated or Indian movies gaining positions and maybe re-enter the chart.
I mean:
-guardians of the galaxy
-pirates of the caribbean
-caligari
-ghandi
-exorcist
-dogday afternoon
-groundhog day
-scent of a woman
-rosemary's baby
-cabiria

Each of them movies are gaining votes but fail to enter in the top 250 because of that indian movies. I mean some are good but it's strange that votes are dropping each days consistently but they're always there.

Hope you can solve this and fix this broken algorithm. Thank you

Hey - Our voting system already detects and defeats attempts to stuff the ballot and skew the rating, as demonstrated by the difference between the weighted average and the arithmetic mean on the vast majority of titles in the database. The system is continually improved in this respect so you can rest assured that abuse is always automatically detected and thwarted.

ok...i hope it will be like you said in your reply..i know everything about weighted average but it looks like the titles i've listed have each of them a ballot stuffing
