As ACT_1 illustrates, you can see ratings for episodes on IMDb.
Can you provide the url for an episode where you cannot see ratings? Make sure that the episode has already been RELEASED before citing it as an example. (The ability to rate a title is only available after the title has been aired/screened.)

Then look in the right-hand rail for Top-Rated Episodes. You will see the three top-rated episodes listed there, with See more episodes listed below them. Click on See more episodes.
You will then get a list of all of the series' episodes ranked by user rating. In the case of "The Simpsons", that would be https://www.imdb.com/search/title/?series=tt0096697&view=simple&count=250&sort=user_rati...
This won't necessarily work for every TV series that ever existed, but for shows where the episodes have consistently been rated by IMDb users, it should work.
