I'm trying to delete some of my credits entered by other people inaccurately and IMDB won't accept my deletions, doesn't any know why, or else how I could contact them directly. This is not a fair situation as the real people responsible for those roles deserves those credits.

1.) There is already a camera operator credit for Áine Ní Chíobháin Kavanagh but my name needs to be removed.
2.) We didn't have a gaffer as the lights used were domestic household bulbs in a china lantern.
3.) I was not the set designer so that credit needs to be deleted.

I watched the short's end credits and these seem to be the only ones existing (I love the title design on those, btw!):
If you can confirm that these are the only existing end credits then, unfortunately some of the listings should be labeled with an "(uncredited)" attribute, including editor, camera operator, producer and both actors. Since I'm not entirely sure I'd rather ask whether any other version exits in which end credits are extended.
Deletion of your camera operator, gaffer and set designer credits should not be a problem as they're nowhere to be found in the credits. On the other hand special thanks section needs expansion, so it would greatly help if you'll specify whether Brian Nolan has any other credits of which you know and an existing page on IMDb, as there are at least five people with such a name listed.

As it was a short, independent, low budget production I made the decision to make the end credits simple and brief - perhaps that's a faux pas due to my not being fully familiar with the rules of credits and film production (entirely possible).
With regards to credits being uncredited, that's no issue in this case and on a personal level I have no objection to that.
Brian Nolan doesn't have an IMDB page as he is not involved in the industry in that sense so I'll leave that to his discretion out of respect for him.

Sorry for a belated answer. Adding to what Will said, I have applied additional corrections regarding "(uncredited)" and missing listings (they should be live soon if nothing gets in their way). Should problems like that arise again at some point, you might consider correcting it themselves. If so, note that "Explanation" field may be a nice asset to attach something to an edit.
