IMDb just deducted money from my credit card for no reason. My IMDP pro has not been active since 2006. This is fraud. Please respond immediately

Ms. Barnette:
Looking at your page, it appears that you still have an active subscription, as you can see from the fact that you have several photos and a resume live on the site:

If you have any questions or requests about your account, please contact us directly via this form so we can handle this matter (for security reasons, we can't deal with billing/account issues on a public forum).

I canceled my Pro because you wouldn't remove my year of birth. I have not been allowed to use IMDb Pro in years and even now, after you deducted the money I still can't get inside it and it telling me I have not subscribed since 2006
Your immediate attention to this matter is needed. I never got a letter telling me to remove my bio or anything. You have been deducting from my credit card and not allowing me to use the Pro at all for years.
This is fraud.

I cancelled IMDb Pro in January, confirmed with IMDb Pro that they had the cancellation -- and have been fraudulently charged each of the last four months. You can't go to the contact pages for IMDb Pro if you have cancelled. So IMDb knows you have cancelled to foreclose you from contacting them -- but keep charging you for services you can no longer access.

If you're insane, maybe. You could post here 1,000 times. Staff still won't address it here other than to tell you to contact them directly via the Help Desk.

FYI -- the link you poste as "this special form: just takes you to a general contact us page, not a specific form. The links for forms on that page, won't let you through if your IMDb Pro account has already been cancelled/closed.
Language games by IMDb about cancelling an acocunt, is not closing it or deleting it are just jargon to those of us not paid by IMDb -- Your comment states that if I "deleted" my account, I would continue to be charged. To the average consumer, that is probably not logical. We would think cancelling a subscription, deleting an acount, requesting that paid services shoud stop or other English terms to that effect should lead to paid charges stopping. Instead, it appear they just close the doors to online customer service.
What is the the state of incorporation and the formal full U.S. mailing address for UMDb Pro?
I have been contacted by a number of folks indicating that this billing problem is large scale and prevasive. So I will be investigating a class action consumer protection action and nee the formal business address

That is wrong. Normally, to use the contact form, you need to log in. In one of the many threads you posted in, you said you have deleted your account (I have no idea where it was because you've posted all over the place). If so, you cannot log in any longer. You'd need to use special link and contact staff with it as it lets you contact them even if you're not logged in.
IMDb has free use accounts that can be enhanced by adding an IMDb Pro subscription. If you simply delete your account instead of letting them know you're canceling, the charges will likely continue. You have to, first, let them know you're canceling by clicking the "cancel" link in your account settings. Most people would then keep the free account active as it lets them use the features to the site. Jargon or not, it's plain common sense that to cancel a subscription, you should actually cancel it rather than just walk away from it and expect them to know your wishes. While I agree that it should also follow that without the account, the subscription should be, at least, suspended pending you alerting them you meant to cancel a subscription (or maybe email you and ask you). I have signed up for and then canceled Pro before. It was simple common sense to me that I needed to let them know I wanted to cancel. I would expect it to be the same for others.

For your information, I DID cancel and received the confirmed cancel screen (which I saved.) The charges continued for four months. I also made it clear by phone call and fax that charges to the credit card should stop. The charges have continued for more than three months since the online action to cancel and the phone calls to confirm that I had already done the cancellation.
Posting to the message board is one of the few options I have left, so I am using it.
But your right, multiple postings are messy. So I am consolidating under a single thread inviting a discussion of a consumer fraud class action law suit, as encourage by a number of members who replied when I posted to their threads. So posting in several places was helpful in identifying possible members of the class.

If you wish to file a class action against any corporation, it isn't YOU who has to find the "class members" , in fact, that can't be done until a judge sets the class. A lawyer would have to accept a single suit upon which to submit, assuming that there is a large enough class from which to act and not only cover expenses but collect fees. The threat of a class action on this is useless, in my option, since the group would be relatively small and the amounts insignificant in the overall view of a law firm. ..you do have other recourse, such as disputing with your credit card company, taking IMDb to small claims court, etc.
Oh, one more thought...go to the Terms of Service to which you agreed when you signed up to IMDb Pro to see if there is an "Arbritation Clause", there is one on regular IMDb which would limit any actions taken to Arbritation rather than a suit.

All pages of the site have a "contact" link and they all lead to here or to a form to contact staff. Also, once here, there is this:
which has a contact form. If you cannot log in, you can use this special form to contact staff.
Also, to cancel a Pro subscription, just log in to Pro and scroll to the bottom of the page and click the link called "cancel."
IMDb does not offer telephone support and the only email they use is the internal contact forms mentioned.
Good luck
