I have tried

[link]http://www.storycharts.ca[/link] --> doesn't work, just shows as text

and then

[url]http://www.storycharts.ca[/url] --> the whole profile disappears

The [url] seems to make the whole profile disappear ...

I temporarily edited my profile to add the link below and it worked properly. I'm not certain what is causing your problem.
[url]http://www.storycharts.ca/[/url]

Note:
The tag [url][/url] works on board.
The tag [link][/link] and [link=][/link] works for lists and swiki.

Thanks a lot, it's working now with [url]

My problem is I had the [url] within [pre] tages for formatting, got rid of the [pre] and its working great.
