IMDB puts my short film as released 2013, but I want to change it to 2012... when I uploaded my video, IMDB kept forcing me saying I can add a title with a year in the past :S and forced me to put 2013. Says yet to be released, yet it's already been released.

Have you added a release date and a production status of "released"? As this should sort that all out.

Hey Emperor thanks for the response, I put the production status as from what I remember as completed, shown to family friends, students etc.

Then it asked about the date of the release, when I put 2012 in, that's when it said I couldn't put a date back in the past.

I have tried to update it on the IMDB page but then I get the error 'tt3283618' is invalid. Which I don't know what that means, is it because I recently uploaded the title to IMDB?

It is subtly different, but the release date is key - not the initial year you add when you add a title. The eventual year displayed is drawn from the release date, but if you don't add a date (day, month, year) then the database doesn't know when it was released, even if the production status says it was released.

So edit it, and add a release date.

Yes, exactly. You may have to wait a few days.

I assume this is about the Krypton Judgement video. You should probably add the date you uploaded it to YouTube (or another site, whichever was first) as a release date.
