I keep getting a NO REPLY email from IMDBPro, when asking for help to access the account I was charged $149.99 for almost a YEAR ago. The link they keep sending goes to a four year ago terminated account with a different email, and when I click on "IF YOU'RE NOT THIS USER, CLICK HERE" it takes me to the IMDBPro home page with no suggestions for contacting them. The point is:  The account IMDBPro charged me on 3/23/15 was associated with a different email address (my old one) and their system won't let me in to give them the expiration date of the card, the zip code, and the last four digits of the card to prove the back charge was transacted. The system is completely blocking me from communicating while it has my $149.99 with no access to the service.

How long before I get a reply on my issue. I have sent an email regarding an issue with my account. I have an IMDbPro account registered already. Its been inactive for quite sometime now. I had an issue with my account when I had done a password reset and it completely kicked me out and I couldn't log back into my original account and it made me create another one. So, I am completely lost to which one is my real account and I no longer use the original email account I had on my first account. That email is not accesible anymore. So, if I pay for services I will get the notifications to the old email address. I am using a new email address but I want to log into my original account due to having credits to some films I've worked on in the past. I don't want to loose those credits. So, my question is how can I fix this? I would love to speak with someone directly or even by email. It would be greatly appreciated! Thank You
