IMDbPro login issue

I am currently experiencing this issue.  Yesterday I was able to login to IMDb Pro, as usual.  Now it is prompting me to start a free trial or sign up again.  I pay for this service every month and have paid for this month as well.  Would like to know how I can access my account that I've been using for years, again.  Thanks!

Hi Julien,

When this happens, it usually means one of two things:

- the charge was denied by your card provider
- you have a second email address that is associated with your Pro membership, and you are using the wrong email address to attempt to log in

If you have confirmed that the charge for this month was accepted and tried any other possible email addresses, please write us back privately here - we will likely need to ask you questions regarding your email address and possibly the billing information for your recent charge to help you locate the proper account and regain access.

I changed, logins, names, email for entries  - the same outcomes. System doesn't let me in.
