So it's OK for an "nm" entry to exist for a company, rather than a real person? Aren't "co" entries meant for that?
Since IMDb pro is a paid for service, they may have created the name page and several months later realized that there was a way to have a Business Pro Page.
Plus they don't seem to care about upkeep on their pages. But when you are "The place" to go in NSW they probably don't need to self promote. Look at how many titles they have been involved with!!!!

I'm not aware of them deleting a Pro Page unless it violated Terms of Use or applicable laws.
They may inform them of the duplication by e-mail.
That company is so large that when their auto renew billing comes up, that they are not aware of the duplication.
