Loading the IMDbPro homepage with Pro Labs enabled currently causes an infinite redirect.

Deleting cookies and cache does not fix this problem.

Hi Paul,

Are you still having this problem? I just loaded IMDbPro homepage (https://pro-labs.imdb.com/) and had no problems.

I would have recommend deleting cookies and cache, but you have already done that.

It's loading now, but the issue seems to be intermittent. If I get the infinite redirect (causing Safari to cancel the request) and then wait a minute or two it will load fine. Seems to be something to do with having the cookie save.

This problem is still occurring. It seems nothing has been done. The exactly message I receive is:

To many redirects occurred trying to open "https://secure.imdb.com/signup/v4/log..."

I don't believe we have heard anyone else reporting this. Can you provide more details? Are you using Safari on a desktop or mobile device? Do you get this error when logging in/out of the regular IMDb.com site?

This problem still persists. I am trying to REACTIVATE my subscription, but I'm endlessly trapped in a series of redirects that both Firefox and Safari terminate, with a message informing that the redirects will never resolve.

Any solutions to this? I am not able to resubscribe at this point.

Platform info: Mac OS X Mavericks on a MacBook Pro, both Safari and Firefox browsers have the same problem.

I have been having the exact same problem. I am on an iMac with OS X 10.9.2, experiencing the problem with Safari, Firefox and Chrome. I would like to reactivate my membership but I am having the same issues.

I am still having zero luck. Does anyone actually work for IMDB? Is this issue resolvable?

I'm using Safari on both desktop and mobile, and the issue happens on both. It does not occur on the regular IMDb.com site, only IMDbPro.

The thing is that it happens intermittently, so I can't narrow it down. I have tried signing in/out using IMDb details vs Amazon, and signing in/out directly through IMDbPro, but sorry to say I can't consistently repeat the issue.

I have repeatedly cleared cookie and cache (on both Safari iOS and OS X). I'm also using a clean OS as of a week ago.

At a guess, I'd say it's something to do with the time settings on the cookie itself.

I'm having the same problem. Loging in through IMDB or Amazon warrants the same issue. I'm using Chrome on Windows 8.
