Inappropriate advertisements on children's trailers

I was watching movie trailers for Monsters University and Disnye's Planes this afternoon with my 3 year old son. As we waited for the trailer an ad played first. I do not mind being advertised to, however, the add was for a horror show called Killer. It was graphic and entirely inappropriate for a 3 year old to watch. (As an involved parent, I quickly opened a new tab so that we weren't watching the ad.) My concern is how your site chooses the ads to show. You need to develop a filter system, or a specific targeting system so that when children are watching a clip for a children's show they are not being subjected to adult and mature content.
