Inconsistencies in video and trailer submission guides

As seen in the screenshot below, the submission guides (which display when you click the blue help button) for adding videos and trailers to a title differ from the yellow help box. The yellow help tells users to include the format of the video (e.g. Flash, QuickTime) whereas the submission guide does not. Which is correct? For what it's worth, I think including the format is fairly pointless and most people will have no idea what it is. (Also, QuickTime should have a capital T.)

Both help boxes also differ from the submission guides found in IMDb's help section. The ones above show the description as always starting with a capital letter, whereas the submission guides in help show the description as always starting with a lower-case letter. I don't suppose this makes much difference, but the inconsistency is odd, and I'd like to know which is preferred for the sake of standardisation.

Hi Matt -

Thanks for pointing out the differences between the Help section in the Update form and the submission guide.  I've reached out to our data editors to clarify the preferred format, as soon as I hear back I will post the information here.

Hi Matt -

Just following up here to confirm that either format is acceptable, at the moment we accept both formats:

WebsiteName - Description (Language)
WebsiteName - description (Format)

or even:

WebsiteName - Description (Language)(Format)
WebsiteName - Description (Format)(Language)
