Television specials, and that includes made-for-Internet programming, are classified under the general category of TV movies. They should be given the keyword
tv-special to ensure that they are more specifically designated as TV specials instead. See

Addressing the issue of whether the Indie Reels Awards is a scam, I can't view the Facebook page, so I don't know whether that provides any evidence of whether it may be a scam. However, for purpose of IMDb listing for the award show, the real question is whether the organizers are actually going to have the show broadcast (whether on television or online) on April 12, 2014. Whether the awards are overcharging entrants or treating entrants fairly is a separate issue from that.
At this point, I don't know anything about the Indie Reels Awards besides what I can see on the IMDb page and their own official web site, so I am taking no position as to the substance of this TV special or the underlying awards.
