-Individual category for Script Supervisor's on IMDB-

"Script supervisors are department heads, hired by production to oversee the continuity of every aspect of a production. Every other department looks to the script supervisor for final say regarding questions of matching for wardrobe, hair, makeup, props, set dressing, eye-lines, lighting, tone, dialogue, actor movement, etc. This KEY position deserves more recognition than "other crew" just as any other department head. Having a separate category for script supervisor/continuity will go a long way."

As pointed out, a script supervisor is a department head. I think they deserve their own category rather than being put under "misc crew."

I totally agree!!! Why this is not changing!!!!  Our position is as important as any Key position.

Hi David, I read your discussion points today from 3 years ago. Do you have a sense of where things are at in terms of this proposed site migration in order that they might begin utilizing these new categories (including the Continuity and Script Department) they had set-up?

Hi all,

Please see the announcement here - https://getsatisfaction.com/imdb/topics/changes-to-script-continuity-credits regarding the introduction of the script & continuity department for crew members.

Thanks,
