Inquiring about declined contributions

Hi, I am here to inquire about my attempted contributions that were declined for Fire Emblem Heroes (title id = tt6451066). The contributions were an attempt to update the cast list for the game, which is incomplete and doesn't list the cast in the credits order.

A previous edit, 190912-222231-034000, was declined because IMDB was unable to verify the contribution. In response, I resubmitted the contribution which was given 190917-062548-495000, this time with a Dropbox link with screen-captured credits for the voice cast, but that was declined, this time under the contribution not meeting guidelines.

I am wondering why the contribution was declined even after I gave a link to the credits. Do I need to submit the screen captures of the credits a different way? Do I need to also provide the role that the actors are linked to? Do I need to wait a few days? What exactly is missing? I can provide the screen captures here if necessary.

Hi BZL8 -

Can you post the Dropbox link here for our staff to take another look?

This was the Dropbox folder link that I sent with 190917-062548-495000. The lowest number marks the beginning of the credits.

Hi BZL8 -

Thanks for posting the link, I was able to review the evidence and can see that our editors may have rejected the credit updates because they couldn't verify where the evidence originated from.

Can you confirm if these screen grabs were taken directly from the film when viewing it on your mobile device?  Or are the screen grabs from somewhere else (a website, a document, etc.)?

The screen grabs are taken directly from the credits that can be accessed in-game and are not a secondary source.

Thanks BZL8, I've resubmitted that for you now.
