Into the Badlands episode titles

Each episode of AMC's Into the Badlands, contains a title card which has a chapter number and a title. I think the chapter number should be included in the episode title but I tried to change one episode and it never changed to include the chapter number. I know other shows will contain a chapter number (or like Shots Fired, an hour number). I don't really see anything in the guide that handles this case. If the chapter number should be there, I could try to edit all episodes at the same time.
