Hi Tom -

I haven't' seen any other user reports about this, can you confirm if this problem is still occurring?

Hi Michelle,

The problem persists. iPad 1, three years old, iOS 5.1.1, most recent for this model.

The list of recent searches appears, with a clear history option at the bottom. When selected it changes color, but the recent searches above remain.

Can I ask what version of the IMDb app you are using? You can find this in the "about" section of the app settings.

Thanks for your help!

Hi Michael,

Using version 3.3 of IMDb ...

This problem occurs in the Search IMDb window (with drop down history). But seems to work when selecting the history icon, next to the search window, upper right on main page.

Not sure you want to spend much time on this. The iPad 1 and iOS 5.1.1 are quickly fading to oblivion. In fact many iPad apps that used to work just great on this iPad now are marginal at best. Some no longer work due to iOS 6 requirement.
