After updating to 3.2 imdb app doesn't work
- if I start a search engine app just shut down
- if I try to log in I get next message - received HTTP status 400
I have iOS version 6.1.3. and I can connect to imdb over safari
I've tried to restart the iphone...
Please solve it if possible...

Another user has reported that she is having a similar problem on her iPad after installing the latest IMDb app for IPad. I do not know whether these are related problems. One of the IMDb staff will have to make that assessment.

Hi! I'm the user with a similar problem. I hope we can get this resolved as I've pretty much been given no hope and now no one will even answer me.

Chill down, I saw you posts and you did get few replies from imdb team. When they will have some info, they will inform us...

I get where you're coming from, and I'm trying.:) I'm not holding my breath either, though.

Hi Jurica,
I have been unable to see this problem on any of the devices I have access to. Would you be willing to help me narrow down this issue a bit further?
First, to see whether or not this issue has to do with the upgrade process, please delete the IMDb app from your device. To do this, tap-and-hold the app's icon until all your icons start wiggling. Then tap the (x) to delete the app. Once you've done that, re-install the app from the App Store. Does this problem re-occur?
Second, so I can be sure which error you are getting, can you please send me a picture of the error? You can take one by pressing the home and power buttons at the same time. Then you'll find the picture on your camera roll. Please send it to iphone@imdb.com.
I'll probably have more questions once I get a better sense of what we're dealing with.
Thanks so much in advance for your assistance!

In chatting with another user having a similar problem, we found that his iPad's settings had no region set. Could you let me know if that's true for you as well?
Settings > General > International > Region Format
If it's not set to your country, please try setting it and let me know if it helps you.
Thanks!

Thank you! I think it was actually set to no region at all? I don't know how that happened. Anyway, correcting this has solved my problem. Thank you, as the previous agent could not help me.:)
