It's a celebrity gossip website, so I'd think not. I've tried 2-3 to remove it. (1 via contribute and twice via contact us). So unless the just jared gossip website is considered an acceptable source for imdb, it definitely should go.

It's copyright is listed in the details. Wonder  if it is fake and is an attempt to illegally advertise?

I pretty much assume all watermarks are to serve one of 3 purposes: copyright if applicable, advertise, or both. In this case I believe it's both. I've got far too many submissions to find it, but I'm confident it's not an ok one because I got several of this specific watermark deleted from other titles and one from this title.
What's odd about this one is that there are other essentially identical images as this one without that watermark, which likely supports it's to be an ad. I'm not positive, but I think this might have been the main image for this title as well at one time, but after a while images start to run together.
Although a crappy image, here is the same image without the watermark.

Someone might have put the just jared up as part of an effort to get rid of this bad image.
and this is essentially the same image just with a date.

Hi MikeTheWhistle -

To clarify our policy, we don't allow images with watermarks displaying third-party ownership or branding, however, we will allow watermarks of the title's creators, such as the production company or TV channel.

In the image you referenced, the watermark appears to be ineligible and I have now removed it from the site.  Cheers!
