Is there a downloadable db file for imdb?

i would like to download the complete imdb database? and I can't get ahold of imdb personally due to you have to have and pay for a "pro" membership (which is one of the stupidest things any company can do - in which a lot of them are doing this junk no days - and if it's not that you got to wait for a robot to constantly mess you up in the "options menu").

Sorry, but both ideas seem to be mistaken.

First, please examine what the "Pro" means for an IMDb contributor:
When contributing, the "Pro" membership may be required only for the industry professionals who wants contribute data to "in development" or "in production" titles.

Second, any Contributor who is submitting a valuable amount of data on per-month basis is able to access and hold the whole set of all data for free:

IMDb should update 'Statistics' more often - it is August now 
New Titles and Names are added every day
Should be able to download just new info - by date  ? ?
to add to previous downloaded data
