Is there a way to link separate entries together as TV episodes?

So I watched the series Indian Summer also known as Koharu Biyori. The show is three episodes long, and each episode contains three separate segments.
Once I had finished the show and went to rate it on IMDB I noticed that not only were the episodes separate entries, but the segments were as well! I'm wondering how to fix it or let IMDB know. I looked around a bit on the edit page, but couldn't quite find anything that really fit what I was trying to do.

Here are the entries in question along with the official English titles

Episode one:
Don't Look at Me Like I'm a Pig
I Can't Take This Anymore
My Breasts Don't Produce Milk

Episode two:
I'm a Leftover After All
F... Fire From Between the Legs!
Men's Wild Solo Activities...

Episode three:
Big Sister...Huh?
My Important...
It's an Indian Summer

Is there someway to merge these into three entries and then put them under a larger more general Indian Summer/Koharu Biyori series entry?

There is a way to do this. However, it's not as simple as merging three titles into one episode page.

A new title page will need to be created. (Adding a new title.)

After the new title page has been published, three episode pages for the series page will need to be created. Each episode page's title will consist of the three segments listed. (Go to the episode list pages for Love American Style, Night Gallery, and The Love Boat as examples.)

After the episode pages have been published, the current pages you've posted can be merged into the three episode pages. (How can I merge two titles?)

Thanks for the help! I've just submitted for a new entry, so hopefully when that's created I can get to making the episode pages and merging.

The ”Love Boat” example is how I believe the episode titles should be added. When each episode contains three separate segments.

(e.g.) Episode title: The Newlyweds/The Exchange/Cleo's First Voyage
