Hi Mudassar Iqbal,

You need to become familiar with IMDb's Advanced Title Search feature. I will provide a few examples of searches using this feature, then provide a brief tutorial on how to use the feature.

Most Popular United States-G IMDb "Top 250" Titles
18 titles.
http://www.imdb.com/search/title?certificates=us:g&groups=top_250

Most Popular United States-PG IMDb "Top 250" Titles
40 titles.
http://www.imdb.com/search/title?certificates=us:pg&groups=top_250

Most Popular United States-PG-13 IMDb "Top 250" Titles
32 titles.
http://www.imdb.com/search/title?certificates=us:pg_13&groups=top_250

Most Popular United States-R IMDb "Top 250" Titles
110 titles.

Most Popular United States-NC-17 IMDb "Top 250" Titles
2 titles.

You may have notices that the total number of films is 202 rather than 250. Forty-eight of the films on the IMDb Top 250 were made before the Motion Picture Association (MPA) created these ratings and as result are not rated. The Advanced Title Search feature only includes searches for US certificates of G, PG, PG-13, R and NC-17. It's possible to search for other certificates, but its more complicated to do so.

To get to the Advanced Title Search page, either click on this link or select Advanced Search from the drop down menu at the top of most IMDb pages. From the Advanced Search page, click on Advanced Title Search.
