I recently experience several months of unjustified credit card charges from IMDb Pro and looked for guidance on the posting boards.  I found many people posting about similar problems and commenting that they could not get a response from customer service at IMDb.

Is it time to consider a class action legal action against IMDb relating to mismagement of credit/debit card charges?

Has anyone located the headquarters mailing address or the state of incorporation?

Actually, your lawyer would have no problem locating an address for process of service. However, here is the TOS which provides a mailing address for IMDb, which is incorporated in the State of Washington. http://www.imdb.com/help/show_article...
