Issue updating my agent

I have done all these steps, and my new Agent info was added, but the other method of updating on resume page (turned green and then submitted) has not yet changed. My old Agent is still on my IMDb Pro page under “Contacts”. It’s remakable to me that changing this basic info has been made so difficult.

Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the confusion here.  If you are referring to then unfortunately you have not submitted this yet.  If you look at you will see it is in the "Saved Updates" area rather than the "Submitted Updates" area.  It looks like you may have accidentally pressed the save button vs. submit.  We can only process updates after they have been submitted, sorry. 

You can fix this by going to and set the menu in the "Add" section with the warning back to "No" from "1 item" (since this warning is there because your separate addition has been processed) and then press "Re-check these updates" and then the submit button will appear and you can send the updates to us for processing.

It looks like you have two sets of contact details on your profile - verified and resume.
