I've been trying unsuccessfully to correct a credit that was given to the wrong person. I've revised and resubmitted, but the wrong person is listed as a producer on our film. Is there a way to find a human being to answer my inquiry? I'm getting desperate. Thanks to anyone who sees this that can help.

I know that can be really frustrating. I think all you can do is let them know about it and keep on them till it's changed. Have you gone through the "Add/Delete" and Edit pages yet?

Also has the correct producer contacted IMDB with their own info. Also maybe ask the wrong producer listed to remove it from their credits...just trying to help.

Thank you. I just found a way to go directly to each person's site and edit from there. Maybe that will speed things up. I appreciate your replies!

That is correct. Also, and it's usually easier, you can go to the actual page where the credit resides. The site is title-based and if you go to the title page where that credit was added, click the "edit page" button, locate the credit and "correct" it to the right person's name as it appears on his/her page, it will be corrected on that page and then carry over to the correct Name Page.
If you need specific, detailed steps, please add information (preferably links to), Name Page (if the person is currently listed in IMDb), Title Page, what is the credit for, how did it appear on screen (as in person's name-especially if it was on screen differently than it appears on her/his page, character name or job title, etc.
This information all goes to the IMDb Page editors, who are all people.

You're welcome. According to Processing Times page www.imdb.com/czone/times
the oldest item under "Producer" is August 5. So, if your submission most recent submission is older, it might need help with verification. You can add proof of submissions here by uploading it, using the camera icon, or send links to proof (screen shot of the credit on screen is best) using the verification form http://www.imdb.com/helpdesk/data_verification.
Also, if you post the submission ID number here, staff can check status for you and if you've add proof here, they can get it forwarded to the page editors.
In general, submissions take between 1 and 14 business days. If, as you say, you've tried submitting it different ways, but did not wait an appropriate amount of time, it slows the process greatly. It's far better to wait it out, then if it doesn't appear, add proof and post the submission ID so staff can take a look.
Good luck.
