I need to find a martial arts film i watched maybe 5 years ago (not sure if it was new out then) its a martial arts film where the bad guy wears mask and cape and is super strong and one of his minions wears a stripey top. I think it may also involve teenagers as the main cast. Its quite an anime style film. I have searched for months on and off trying to find this bloody film.
