Devs (Mini-Series 2020)
Don't mind the low I.Q. retard crap ratings and reviews. This is a show of comparable quality to titles like Westworld and Altered Carbon, produced on a fraction of the budget.

My Cousin Vinny (1992) (7/10)
Good movie overall, but too many gags and punchy dialog to make it believable. Also, the movie becomes repetitive as we are almost not introduced to new elements. However, acting performances are great and perfectly fit the movie.
Ip Man (5/10)
Very far from historically accurate, the plot development is horrible, but some great action scenes.

Okay, finished Ragnarok... 5/10. Fair enough; not quite as involving or exciting as it should be, but it's fun to see the locations and lifestyles of Norway.
Also, what's up with the 6 episodes? What happened to shows having 20 or even 30 episodes per season? It's a rip-off! :D

Deus AKA Devs (2020- ), 10/10. What an existential, mind-breaking miniseries. Please let it sweep all the Emmies come next year. We need to see more from Sonoya Mizuno. And the score is one of the best scores I can remember for television.
Alex Garland is definitely up there with the greatest science fiction auteurs like Denis Villeneuve.

Agreed.
Have you seen the reviews criticising Mizuno's acting, as well as that of the supporting cast? Like WTF?
I thought they were great.

Field Of Dreams 1989 - 7/10
A very positive movie. It makes you feel for it. Kevin Costner's role is quite good. The supporting cast is ok. It seemed to lack clarity and reality.
Contact 1997 - 7/10
The movies tends to accomplish everything. The Visual Effects are good. It is a mixture of every Sci-Fi movie and confuses the plot. The religious touch didn't work for me.
Blood Simple 1984 - 7/10
Good suspense thriller and acting was good. Some scenes really invoke suspense. The story was about a deadly killer, but hardly focuses on the character. It wasn't gripping enough and that is when drama becomes obvious.
Lincoln 2012 - 7/10
Daniel Day-Lewis owns the movie. I mean when he doesn't. The support cast was great. The movie theme was too political and as a non American I didn't understand quite a few things.
Breakfast At Tiffany's 1961 - 7/10
This movie is not abou a man, as the plot says. It is about a woman and it shows a great deal of an ambitious woman in New York. There were some cliches being romantic movie and lack of novelty put me off.
Dangerous Liasions 1988 - 8/10
It was a novel concept that too for a period drama. The acting was good as well. It showed darkness of Human mind and how that is dangerous for everyone involved.
When Harry Met Sally 1989 - 7/10
It would have been a fresh take on the relationships, I believe in 80s and 90s. But there have been quite a few better movies later on which could surpass this. Good movie nonetheless.

We have the same opinion on Contact!!!
But, I don't agree with your perception of Breakfast at Tifanny's. It is probably the funniest movie that I have ever seen and Audrey Hepburn gives of her best performances.
PS: I have watched too much very very very cliché romantic TV Movie that I don't even rate on IMDb like:
The Art of Us
and every romance movies from the Hallmark Channel

The last point about cliche and novelty was mostly for ending. I think the whole plot established that she was wild and free spirited. Then in the end she was with him and that too just because he said some harsh words.
There were some good story points like, her past story, her relation with the uncle, their day out together.
I think she loved her cat more than him. All things hinted that she would go away keeping good terms with Paul. But then they chose to go with happy ending, wasting the gangster plot, easily putting away the South American after staying months with him.
Audry Hepburn has everything for the character and she does extremely good job, but her My Fair Lady performance would still top for me.
The movie was fun, though not so funny except the party scene.

Tales from the Loop (TV Series 2020– ), 9/10. Thoughtful science fiction.

Found out the series was born out from the paintings of a Swedish artist, Simon Stålenhag.

The Ice Storm 1997 - 7/10
Novel idea. Junior characters outperformed the senior ones. The treatment was on the similar lines of The Sweet Hereafter 1997. Both has similar problems, the slow progression and does not invoke that much of a shock.
The Spanish Prisoner 1997 - 7/10
It has a basic plot of how devil pulls up his tricks and once tricked finding the devil. But, the movie gets halfway through until something becomes of it. The second half was good.

The Hunt for Red October (1990) - 8/10, Quite entertaining, I liked it better than other John McTiernan films I've seen.
El hombre que vio demasiado (2016) - 8/10, Quite interesting Documentary about a recognized red note photographer in Mexico.
By the way, if you are interested, the best Film Festival in Mexico, is showing for free several winners as a way to entertain people in quarantine. They are very little seen Mexican films, that's were I catched this one. I have seen two, and one had English subtitles, so maybe you can enjoy some of them here https://moreliafilmfest.com/cine-en-linea/
Bye Bye Birdie (1963) - 7/10, It was going quite well, but the ending was too silly for Me.

I've seen or should I say heard The Hunt for Red October probably 20 or more times.
The reason I say "Heard" is because it's one of those titles I'll play at bedtime. I'l just play the DVR without the TV on. I know it so well that I need not see it, so it is a perfect put me to sleep title.
An I too rate this an 8 or 9. It's my favorite Jack Ryan movie. But not my favorite Jack Ryan Actor. That would be Harrison Ford.

Just finished watching the remake of Cape Fear with De Niro and Nolte. Not seen it before surprisingly, the film is one of the most gripping films I've seen for a long time. definitely 8 or 9 out of 10.

I watched that in my teens, and enjoyed it very much.
I never saw the original, it was long before my time. I recall some of the aged actors from the original having small roles in the remake I think one of them played an attorney?

Timetrap, 2017, 6/10.
Starts off a bit dull, but the filmmakers dodge the boring bullet and go all in with the fun! Very different and original.

Nikita 1990 - 7/10
The action movie with a female lead, it started with a lot of promise and fulfills it to a certain level. All the time I was thinking about Léon: The Professional while watching this, then came Jean Reno, enlightened the screen with his presence. But, the ending did not come off and the story left unfinished.
Much Ado About Nothing 1993 - 7/10
Another Shakespearean movie by Sir Kenneth Branagh. This was good movie, funny and witty dialogues. The ending seems rushed, I thought there will be something about Benedick's challenge, but no one seemed to care. Micheal Keaton's role was a surprise.
Airplane! 1980 - 8/10
It is one of the best English comedy that I have watched. The satire, dialogues and humor everything is on the spot.

Brijesh Marand, Nikita (1990) is a positively amazing movie and perception of it often changes with age. I remember watching it in my childhood after being a fan of TV series adaptation and being somewhat disappointed, but when I rewatched it in my late teens I immediately got hooked after superb opening sequence and it positively blew me away.
Jean Reno does wonders in this movie with his limited screentime, it's that magic of director and his regular actor clicking into something very memorable. No surprise they pretty much extended Reno's role into a movie of its own.

Darwin's Game (2020– ), season 1: 6/10. Up until the 8th episode, it could have been an 8/10. Those last three episodes? Ugh. Reminds me of why I tend to stay away from most action-based anime series.

Short Reviews:
How to Steal a Million
Good movie with two legends of cinema, but maybe not their best. The screenplay feels a bit lazy.
How to Eat Fried Worms
Who the hell came up with this plot, this is absolute garbage.
The Hangover
A bit repetitive, not a fan of this type of humor.
Being John Malkovich
Lol, this film is so weird. I definitely recommend it.
The Curious Case of Benjamin Button
This is a complete rip-off of Forrest Gump, but other than that, it is a very good movie.
Mission: Impossible 2
The action sequences are great, but the romantic part is complete garbage. Also include trash acting performances from the entire cast, but the worst is Thandie Newton's Nyah Hall.
Coraline
1) The door that leads to another universe is kinda a rip-off of Being John Malkovich
2) Not that bad overall, but it can be very disturbing for kids.
Lonely Are the Brave
A very good western movie, that shows a man who is not born in the right century and his struggle to live in his own way.

Mission: Impossible 3 (6/10)
Short Review:
For me, this is so far the worst movie in the franchise (really boring). Ironically, Philip Seymour Hoffman deliver probably the best performance in the saga, the arc of his character is just so good.
Mission Impossible Saga Ranked So far:
1- Mission: Impossible Fallout
2- Mission: Impossible
3- Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol
4- Mission: Impossible 2
5- Mission: Impossible 3
*I have not seen Rogue Nation*
