Hello. I submitted my film, "The Call' for the Johns Hopkins Film Festival on January 14th of this year. However, the festival itself never took place, I was never notified of anything AND when you go to their advertised website that's on the Withoutabox festival page, it takes you to a website that has to be translated and is obviously not specific to the festival whatsoever.
That page is www.jhufilmfest.com . Feel free to cross reference the web link, against my submission details which included the submission protection, along with the festival not taking place. Upon research, I'm asking that you please issue me a refund, respectively.

9562431 on January 14th, 2018.
